Job Description

Overview

Natural Stacks is looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator to manage inbound communications and support marketing initiatives. This is a full-time remote role (1099 Independent Contractor) requiring work during US business hours, reporting to the Ecommerce Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound communications via email, phone, and chat for product inquiries and orders
  • Integrate AI and automation into support workflows
  • Execute targeted outreach to new and high-value customers
  • Apply sales techniques to increase average order value
  • Monitor third-party platforms including Amazon and TikTok for customer inquiries
  • Develop strategies to reduce subscriber churn and improve retention
  • Collaborate across Quality, Operations, and Marketing teams
  • Support affiliate outreach initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer service experience with multi-channel communication
  • Expert English proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with Gorgias, Shopify, TikTok, Recharge, and Google Sheets
  • Solution-oriented and empathetic approach
  • Strong organizational and collaborative abilities

Nice to Have

  • CPG or health/beauty product experience
  • Familiarity with loyalty programs

Compensation

$2,500 – $3,000 USD per month
