Overview
Natural Stacks is looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator to manage inbound communications and support marketing initiatives. This is a full-time remote role (1099 Independent Contractor) requiring work during US business hours, reporting to the Ecommerce Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound communications via email, phone, and chat for product inquiries and orders
- Integrate AI and automation into support workflows
- Execute targeted outreach to new and high-value customers
- Apply sales techniques to increase average order value
- Monitor third-party platforms including Amazon and TikTok for customer inquiries
- Develop strategies to reduce subscriber churn and improve retention
- Collaborate across Quality, Operations, and Marketing teams
- Support affiliate outreach initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years customer service experience with multi-channel communication
- Expert English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with Gorgias, Shopify, TikTok, Recharge, and Google Sheets
- Solution-oriented and empathetic approach
- Strong organizational and collaborative abilities
Nice to Have
- CPG or health/beauty product experience
- Familiarity with loyalty programs
Compensation
$2,500 – $3,000 USD per month
