About the Role
Join LTVplus as a Customer Service Agent providing outstanding technical support via email for a streaming platform. You'll be part of a remote-first, globally distributed team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support to customers via email for our streaming platform
- Escalate complex technical issues to specialized teams when necessary
- Deliver clear, step-by-step guidance to help customers resolve issues
- Collaborate with the team on process improvements
- Maintain current knowledge of platform features and updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- 1-2 years in technical support, preferably in digital services or streaming
- Knowledge of streaming technology and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with smart TVs, streaming devices (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV), mobile apps, and web browsers
- Proficiency with Zendesk or similar ticketing software
- Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Adaptability to organizational changes
Working Conditions
- Full-time position
- Remote work from the Philippines
- 24x7 availability required (shift-based)
- 8-hour training provided
