About the Role
Peak Wellness is hiring a Creative Marketing Assistant to work at the intersection of video editing, social media, and marketing. You'll work directly with the CRO/CMO, creating content that resonates emotionally with audiences and drives results. This role includes a 30-day paid trial at full rate before a permanent placement decision.
Responsibilities
- Edit user-generated content into polished clips using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Manage social media posting calendars and write engaging captions
- Produce paid social campaign assets and test different creative approaches
- Research and conduct outreach to influencers aligned with the company mission
- Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Self-starter mentality with an ownership mindset
- Clear, direct communication style
- Openness to feedback and continuous learning
- Alignment with health and wellness mission
Compensation
$3,000 per month (USD), full-time 1099 contractor
