Job Description
Overview
Bean Ninjas is hiring a Cloud Accountant/Bookkeeper based in the Philippines to join their fully remote team. You'll manage multiple eCommerce client accounts, delivering accurate monthly and quarterly bookkeeping reports using cloud-based tools like Xero.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely bookkeeping reports monthly and quarterly
- Manage 3-5+ client accounts simultaneously
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct bank reconciliations
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Code transactions across Xero, Stripe, PayPal, and A2X platforms
- Complete end-of-month reconciliations and journal entries
- Respond to client emails within 1-2 business days
- Conduct Zoom consultations and liaise with clients' tax advisors
- Execute complete onboarding procedures for new clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience in a US firm or multi-client BPO
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Xero platform proficiency (CPA/Chartered Accountant qualification preferred)
- Familiarity with eCommerce bookkeeping practices
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Proven remote work experience with proper home office setup
- Reliable internet connection
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
