Overview
Clipboard Health is looking for highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join their team as B2B Support Specialists. This is not a traditional call center role—you will be the frontline specialist for their most valuable business clients. Your job is to proactively solve client issues, prevent churn, and ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support to workplace customers across voice and email
- Resolve shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time
- Use Zendesk and internal portals to investigate and document cases
- Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot and escalate appropriately
- Identify recurring issues to improve customer and internal operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations teams
Requirements
- No experience required - open to candidates of all experience levels
- No degree required
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Customer-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving approach
- High accountability and ability to work independently
- Reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS)
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection
- Wired headset for clear communication
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Weekend availability required
