Overview

Assistantly is seeking a Client Support Specialist to be matched with businesses where customer experience is mission-critical. You'll be placed with companies that need dependable, proactive support professionals who can deliver exceptional service on every interaction — fully remote from the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed support records
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Follow established SOPs while contributing ideas for process improvement
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic tone in all client communications

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support, help desk, or client-facing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
