About the Role
Join Intelligent Technical Solutions as a Client Account Manager working permanently from home. You'll manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
Compensation
$6.00/hr + Commission (~$1,040/month base)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships for satisfaction and loyalty
- Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and issue resolution
- Develop and present strategic business review solutions
- Monitor accounts and identify upselling opportunities
- Review and approve client invoices
Requirements
- Proven account management experience
- CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Full-time availability: 8 AM-5 PM PST, Monday-Friday
- Home office setup: 8GB RAM minimum, stable internet 5+ Mbps, quality headset, HD webcam
- Pass online assessments
- NBI Clearance (for Philippine applicants)
