Bookkeeper / Financial Operations Specialist

Overview

GigaBrands is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Financial Operations Specialist to manage the complete accounting lifecycle for a US-based e-commerce growth agency. This is a remote contractor role based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor banking, reconcile Stripe transactions, and record in QuickBooks daily
• Maintain cash flow forecasts and manage invoicing
• Prepare weekly performance updates and reconcile revenue
• Manage payroll onboarding/offboarding and track contracts
• Perform full monthly close procedures and generate P&L, Cash Flow, and Variance Analysis reports
• Process payroll and commissions, maintain KPI scorecards
• Ensure ongoing tax compliance including 941 filings

Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or financial operations experience
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling)
• Experience managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Payroll processing background
• Understanding of tax compliance fundamentals (941 filings)
