Role Overview

As an Amazon Specialist, you will be exposed to PPC, SEO & Copy, Design, and Catalog Merchandising and Troubleshooting. You'll help brands grow their sales on Amazon while working remotely from anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned accounts are properly managed with timely updates and pristine quality deliverables
• Work on catalog merchandising and troubleshooting tasks including manual updates, uploads, and flat files
• Perform keyword optimization and competitor analysis
• Produce competitor research, keyword research, and SEO-related tasks in compliance with Amazon policies
• Identify project roadblocks and report to Brand Manager and team members

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in Amazon merchandising and/or troubleshooting
• Knowledgeable in uploading Amazon listings via manual/flat files
• Familiarity with suppressed listing and account health management
• Solid background in Amazon Seller Central
• Experience handling 1-2 client calls and/or accounts
• Computer with dual monitor, 8GB RAM, 25 MBPS internet
