About the Role

We're looking for an Amazon Advertising Specialist (Media Specialist/PPC Specialist) to join our Philippines-based team. You'll develop and implement effective media strategies to support clients' business objectives, managing complex campaigns and delivering data-driven results for leading brands.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute media strategies aligned with client business objectives across Amazon and other marketplaces
• Manage complex projects and high-profile client accounts
• Build media planning and campaign management expertise; independently manage campaign budgets
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide data-driven strategic recommendations
• Monitor industry trends and advertising best practices to stay ahead of the curve
• Collaborate cross-functionally to oversee campaign execution and meet performance goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year managing performance search media (Amazon Sponsored Ads preferred)
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, chart building)
• Graveyard shift eligibility (6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Philippine time)
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for eCommerce
• Proactive, organized, and current with marketplace innovations
