About the Role

Join Invisible Technologies as an AI Trainer and play a critical role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence. You'll work on cutting-edge projects training large language models (LLMs) and AI systems for some of the world's leading technology companies.

What You'll Do

• Train and evaluate large language models and AI systems through data annotation and quality assurance
• Provide human feedback to improve AI model performance and accuracy
• Review and rate AI-generated content for quality, relevance, and safety
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality training data
• Collaborate with global teams on complex AI operations projects
• Identify patterns and provide insights to improve AI training processes

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Critical thinking skills and ability to evaluate nuanced content

Compensation

$8-65 USD per hour, depending on project complexity and experience level. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates worldwide.
