AI Prompt Engineering & Evaluation (FT/PT)

Overview

DataAnnotation is hiring remote AI Prompt Engineering & Evaluation contractors to help train the next generation of AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible role — you choose your own hours and projects — with no prior experience required. Training will be provided.

Open to applicants in North America, EMEA, and Asia (including the Philippines).

Responsibilities

• Write and evaluate AI chatbot conversations to measure model performance and accuracy
• Develop diverse, high-quality prompts and responses to train AI systems
• Compare the quality of outputs from different AI models and provide structured feedback
• Research and fact-check AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy and originality
• Contribute to tasks involving reasoning, writing, STEM, or domain-specific knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in English with excellent writing and grammar skills
• Strong research and fact-checking ability
• Detail-oriented with analytical thinking skills
• Available to work at least 10 hours per week
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
• No prior AI or technical experience required — training provided

Compensation

• $15–$20/hour to start, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
