Affiliate Community Manager (TikTok)

About the Role

LTVplus is looking for a dynamic Affiliate Community Manager to build and nurture relationships with TikTok affiliate creators. You'll serve as the bridge between the brand and the creator community.

Responsibilities

• Manage Discord and Lark groups — share brand updates, campaign news, and respond promptly to creator inquiries
• Guide new affiliates through program setup and guidelines
• Use Kalodata to identify eligible TikTok creators and send batch invitations
• Coordinate product shipments via Shopify and track engagement metrics
• Collaborate daily with Ecommerce, Social, and TikTok Agency teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as an Affiliate Community Manager working directly with content creators
• Experience managing online communities (Discord, Lark, etc.)
• Strong communication skills tailored for creator audiences
• TikTok ecosystem and affiliate marketing knowledge
• Proficiency with outreach tools and data platforms like Kalodata
• Detail-oriented with operational task experience

• High comfort level with AI tools
