As a New Gen Account Lead, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing virtual assistance services. This role puts you in the driver's seat of client and team success.
What You'll Do
- Lead direct video interactions with international clients
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of 15-20 virtual assistants
- Shape the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing
- Build lasting partnerships with clients across global markets
- Create pathways for assistant growth and development
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Coordinate solutions when clients face challenges with their virtual assistants
- Provide feedback and training to help VAs exceed client expectations
Requirements
- Proven EA/VA Experience - Demonstrated experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients (US/AU preferred)
- Client Success Experience - Proven ability to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting professional relationships
- Team Coordination Experience - Any experience coordinating, mentoring, or supporting other people in achieving their goals
- Excellent English Communication - Professional-level written and verbal English for executive interactions
- Success-Oriented Mindset - Understanding of what drives both client satisfaction and employee success

Compensation
₱38,000 - ₱42,000 per month
Schedule
9 PM - 6 AM shift (US hours), Full-time permanent position
